Introduction of Stone Crushing Line:

Stone production line can be used for hard limestone, granite, smelting slag, etc for the application of hydropower, building materials, highway, city construction and other industries. According to different process requirements, various types of equipment are combined to meet the different requirements of customers.

Stone production line is composed of feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor.

Process of Stone Crushing Line:

Raw materials are sent into the elementary-crushing machine -jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder. The coarsely crushed products are then conveyed by belt conveyor to the impact crusher for secondary crushing. When this is done, the vibrating screen separates the stones according to their different sizes. Unqualified products are sent back to impact crusher for further crushing.
