Quartz Stone Crushing Solution:

Most quartzite stone contain 90 percent or more quartz, but some contain 99 percent and are the largest and purest concentrations of silica in the Earth's crust. Pure quartzite are a source of silica for metallurgical purposes and for the manufacture of brick.

Quartz Stone Crushing Process:

The quartz crushing and screening plant includes three stage: coarse crushing, fine crushing and sand making. Every stage has different quartz processing machine, in the coarse crushing, jaw crusher is used to crush quartz into small sizes. In fine crushing process, cone crusher is used as finer crusher for smaller quartz particles. After these two crushing process, small quartz particles enter into the sand making machine to make sand.

Technological Process: Busted granite ----- transported by the dump truck ----- Vibrating feeder ----- Jaw crusher (Primary crusher) ----- Spring cone crusher (Secondary crusher)----- Circular vibrating screen ----- finished product as the customer required

Max feeding size: 420mm, 500mm, 600mm

Output size: As the clients required (1- 31.5mm)

Application: construction aggregate, concrete agitate station, highway and high-speed railway building.

Attention: If the feeding size is smaller than 115mm, 150mm, 200mm, it can be crushed by the spring cone crusher directly, and avoid the primary stage crushing.
