The usage of special gold and silver ore mining ball mill in gold and silver ore beneficiation plant
Gold and silver ore mining ball mill introduction:
Gold mining ball mill is horizontal cylinder rotating device and is
driven by the gear transmission, it is also called the grid ball
mill which has two cavities. The material evenly enters the first
cavity via the material hollow spiral shaft of the feeding device,
and there are under lining boards and different specifications of
iron balls, the rotating of cylinder exerts centrifugal force, the
force brings the balls to a certain height, and then thumping and
abrasive the materials.
After coarsely grinding in the first cavity, the materials reach
the second cavity through the single-layer diaphragms, the cavity
is filled with flat lining boards and iron ball, and materials will
be further grinding. At last, powder discharged through the
unloading board, and the whole grinding process finishes. Note: Dry
grid ball mill and wet grid ball mill is going to be chosen
according to material and the way to discharge ores.

The company plans to start gold production lines, using crushing equipment to break gold ore into particles, and grinding into powder.
The primary ore particle size is 80-100 - mm, after two stage crushing in primary and secondary crushing, and then into the ball mill for grinding. By broken the ore particle size is decreased to the reasonable size for grinding, the ball mill discharging is very fine, by the classifying equipment to grade. The coarse particles return to ball mill grinding again, fine particles into next working procedure.
